Great location for a transit/a night in Jakarta

The staff were friendly and nicely upgraded our room; the breakfast was variable. The room is comfy and clean.

There was not much; maybe it was just that the music speaker was so loud while I was having breakfast, but it was okay.

Good place for resting

Comfortable and clean room Loved that they have smoking zones everywhere. So, I never smelled smoke in the place Staff very kind and helpful

Overall a pleasant stay and value for money

Big and clean room

Facility could be improved, and the addition of a small fitness room will be good. In addition to local food, please expand the restaurant menu to include items for foreign guests.

The breakfast is tasty, the location is good.

I have booked 3 rooms, which 2 rooms didn't have good lighting, the aisle of the room didn't smell good due to the renovation in front of our rooms.

Not the best experience

The breakfast was ok

Poor location, bad ambience and lighting in rooms, very bad WiFi, stains on linen, curtain had holes. Light stayed on all night in balcony. Deposit demanded by staff for key.

Comfortable stay near Jakarta's Chinatown

The property is near an Alfamart and an Indomaret. There's also a restaurant at the street entrance towards the hotel. They provide convenience whenever we needed something right away. The hotel staff also are friendly.

The 6th floor hallways stank of cigarette smoke. It really smelled like people regularly smoked within the floor. Good thing, inside the room, it didn't smell bad.

Really great staff in a comfortable hotel

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and so helpful. One individual in particular was so helpful arranging a taxi and sorting out a couple of difficulties that I extend special thanks to her. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, room was a good size and the view from the 7th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was good with fresh omlettes cooked on demand. Hotel was security aware and is at the end of a gated alley. Location is difficult to judge in Jakarta as it is such a sprawling city. Hotel is halfway between old city and freedom Square so if you travel by taxi or tuktuk then location would be considered excellent. There were large roadworks at the end of the gated alley though which meant it was difficult to walk in the local area after sundown so is impossible to judge what eating places are nearby. Really enjoyed our stay at this horel

Food in the restaurant is not wonderful in the evening

What was the highlight of Orchardz Jayakarta

For less than $60 for 3 days 2 nights stay with breakfast 2x. It was an excellent offer that I got.

As many people cited, the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I ever stayed in. It has A TONNES of rooms, surprisingly. Has a real cupboard inside (really a plus). And, Oh, one of the hotels still provides mineral water in the room instead of a self-service gallon.

I stayed in room 662. Oh boy, Idk why many concierges like to place me in the 'corner room' so that to go there, I shall walk quite a bit far. The room was located at the back of the building, at the very left corner, beside the storeroom, where some beds were placed on the alley to the exit stairs. Such a nice placement (to see). Inside, the lamps could have been brighter. My PMA brains say it might be because of the hotel's theme, but I don't know.

The facilities is good, clean, supportive and helpful staffs, various breakfast menu. If I have a chance to visit around North Jakarta again, I will choose this hotel to stay

The shower/bathroom for woman in swimming pool has no lock on the door. Please kindly improve on this one.

the location is not Central, but not too far (around 400m) from Jayakarta train station, which is on the city's train network

Friendly staffs and good breakfast

The staffs are friendly and fast respond. Breakfast was great. Spacious room. Indoor swimming pool open until evening.

Some of the wallpapers start to peel away from the wall. The glass window is not clear.

Value for Money Staycation

The room just renovated, so it is so comfy with latest furniture. Value for money I can say. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, but just for adults, not for kids. The breakfast is also good and many choices of menu. try for the pancake (kue cubit), the most favourite one.

The receptionist (the woman) has lack of hospitality. Answering question without good gesture and even no smile. So pity for a hospitality business.
